The beds felt comfortable. the room had effective climate control. The temperature was easily adjustable. the shower worked well with consistent hot water and good pressure. staff responded quickly to requests, addressing any minor issues.

Soundproofing was not sufficient. Noise from the street was audible, particularly at night. this impacted my ability to fall asleep quickly.
